What Options Are There When Booking One Of Ibiza’s Hotels?

The choice you have when booking one of Ibiza’s hotels is enormous. There is a wide variety of accommodation available to cater to all demands on this island in the Balearic’s.

Most of Ibiza’s hotels are conveniently located in the popular beach resorts or in the town centres of Ibiza Town, San Antonio, San Jose, San Juan and Santa Eulalia.

There are many types of hotel to choose from in Ibiza; from simple hostels that offer comfortable beds in simple rooms or student accommodation, usually with a good local breakfast in the morning included in the price, to luxury five star club resort hotels with all-inclusive facilities, lots of activities, food and drinks during the whole day. These have luxury rooms, often with a king-size bed, minibar, television and room service available 24 hours a day.

Some hotels cater only for specific needs such as family hotels, nightlife hotels, business hotels, spa hotels, agroturism (rural) hotels and small luxury boutique hotels.

A swimming pool, restaurant, lobby and/or bar and a 24 hour reception desk are the usual features of an average three star hotel on Ibiza.

There are hotels for all sorts of travellers. For families there are hotels with children’s swimming pool, play ground, mini club and activity programs. For people who visit the islands for its vibrant nightlife there are hotels that accommodate their own in-house bar or even discotheque. For students there are budget hotels and for people visiting the islands for business there are executive hotels with business and conference facilities. For people who prefer a rural holiday there are special agroturism hotels.

Some people like to do everything alone on their holidays and in Ibiza you can book accommodation which is based on a room-only basis. Others prefer the options of breakfast, half board or full board, all of which are available too. The extremely popular all-inclusive holiday is available too. If you book an all-inclusive holiday all your meals, snacks, soft drinks, tea, coffee and local liquor are included in the price.
