Command a dog sled. If you happen to be in Breckenridge during winter, do not miss on the experience of directing a group of Siberian Huskies to pull your dog sled. The ride is truly exciting but the breathtaking panorama along the way will surely grab your attention away from dog sledding sometimes.

Ride a hot air balloon. If you are in Breckenridge during the warmer months, there is another exciting way to see Breckenridge from above – the hot air balloon. At around 9,000 feet, you can already see one hundred miles of spectacular scenery. While the spectacle of the magnificent Continental Divide plus some of the–ers will surely grab your attention, make sure to observe the wildlife that is part of the view, too.

Explore a mine. Historical evidences that Breckenridge was a premier mining town in Colorado are still in existence. In fact, Country Boy Mine offers guided tours to a real gold mine more than 1000 feet underground. The tours provide the guests with an educational tour of the history of Breckenridge.
